There is a great team behind Harry Dzenis Eventing, and without their dedication and hard work we would not be able to achieve the results that we do.
• Parents: Mike and Sandra Dzenis. My Mother has ridden at Prix St George level dressage and continues to compete in pure Dressage and teach all disciplines. My father completes my horse orientated background also having ridden.
They are a huge support to me and I wouldn’t be where I am today without them. Mum is very experienced and runs her own yard, having worked with horses all her life. Dad has a business background and has been a great help to me in setting up my own business.
Annie spent three years at the Royal Agricultural University gaining a first class honours degree in International Equine and Agricultural Business Management. Part of her studies took her to Kentucky, Germany and France where she studied different areas of the equine industry and experienced different management strategies. Annie spent time at William Fox-Pitt’s as a working pupil for her work placement, and on leaving University she joined my yard as a Working Pupil.
Annie now runs the yard when I’m away and is involved in schooling many of the horses. She is keen to progress her own riding career and says the help she is getting is invaluable! Annie continues to compete her two horses, Venette and Casanova V.
• Liphook Equine Hospital looks after all our veterinary needs and are a fantastic support.
